We accept only cheques issued by Hong Kong banks.

Notes
Bank Charges
Only the net amount received will be recognised. Bank charges and other transfer fees are the client's responsibility.
Late Payment Charges
A finance charge of 2% per month applies to overdue amounts.
Disbursement Costs
Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses paid on the client's behalf, including travel, company or legal searches, printing and courier charges, will be billed in addition to the quoted fees.
Additional Work
We may discuss a revised fee if reasonably requested information is not provided promptly and this causes significant delay or additional work in preparing the report.
Payment Terms
If you accept the quoted fee, 50% is payable to our bank account before work begins. The remaining 50% is payable before we submit documents to the relevant tax authority.
